Concord Dawn (aka Evan Short Matt Harvey) burst onto the New Zealand music scene back in mid 1999 with their unique high octane Drum and Bass sound. Having skyrocketed to the top of the genre, their music has been met with many accolades for large scale releases like
"Morning Light", "Dont Tell Me" and the anthemic "I'll Be There For You". The duo continued to raise the bar when they released "Chaos By Design" in 2005. The album and singles won critical acclaim worldwide with various tracks off the album being signed to some of the biggest and most respected Drum and Bass labels worldwide such as Metalheadz, Ram Records and Hospital Recordings. Chaos By Design also won "Best Electronic Album" at the 2006 New Zealand Music Awards. Concord Dawn is now recognized as the top drum bass outfit out of New Zealand and have layed claim to being the best in the business with their world tours, constant record releases and now venturing into the live arena with a new Concord Dawn P.A performance! Taking time out from working
in the studio on the next full length album, Concord Dawn is trekking across the globe to make their long awaited return to Calgary. Showcasing their infamous sound, expect nothing less than pure coastal vibes from down under on the dancefloor in this special 2 hour set!
